  How to Order

1. Please give us a call:

To discuss your requirements
To request a catalogue or brochure
To arrange a visit to our showroom
To arrange for one of our sales team to visit you
To request a quotation

2. When you have selected the appropriate product(s), we will help you to decide the best way of reproducing your logo or message onto the item(s)

3. We will also arrange a delivery date so that the goods arrive in time for your event.

ALL THE ABOVE IS FREE !

4. Samples are available for evaluation but may be chargeable.

5. If everything is satisfactory, we hope we will receive your order. If you already have an account with us, we can proceed. If you are a new account, we will ask for full or part payment by Pro Forma invoice.

6. Before we start printing we need your design. This is called ARTWORK . It can either be supplied by you or we can produce it for you in our studio for a small charge depending upon the amount of work involved. We will give you a price for this before starting work.

7. We will send proofs to you for checking.

8. When everything is to your satisfaction, we will print and despatch the goods to your destination.

9. Carriage charges are extra at cost.

10. VAT is extra on all items.

11. Our invoice is sent to you after the goods have been despatched and you are satisfied. Unless you have paid us by Pro Forma invoice payment is due within 30 days. Finally, we hope you will have been pleased with our service, advice and quality, and look forward to hearing from you when you are next able to order.
